Compliant

When you choose a licensed, responsible drone operator, you're not just getting high-quality results you’re protecting yourself from legal risk and ensuring the job is done safely and correctly.

Because in aviation, there’s no room for guesswork—only accountability. The results will still be stunning.

All Airspace Is Regulated

All airspace in the United States is regulated by the FAA—from just above where we stand on the ground to the altitudes where instrument-only commercial jets operate. This shared airspace requires strict coordination, responsibility, and adherence to federal law.

Regulations Are Not Optional

The FAA has established strict regulations—not suggestions—governing drone operations. These include rules about flying near people, over crowds, near airports, within controlled airspace, indoors under certain conditions, and at night. These laws are designed to protect lives, property, and the integrity of the national airspace.

Line of Sight Matters

All drone flights must be conducted within the visual line of sight of the operator, unaided by anything other than corrective lenses like glasses or contact lenses. Yet it’s common to see online videos of drones being flown miles away, out to islands, or even into fireworks displays.

What many don’t see is the enforcement side. The FAA actively monitors violations, including those posted on YouTube and social media, and investigates operators who disregard the rules.

The question is: do you want to be involved in that?

Why Should You Care?

Non-compliance carries real consequences. Drone operators flying commercially without a Part 107 license can face fines starting at $1,000 or more. Even more surprising, a real estate agent who hires an unlicensed operator—or uses unlicensed aerial images—can be fined up to $11,000.

If the real-estate agent takes drone real-estate photos themselves without a proper FAA License, they may be subject to both penalties—totaling up to $12,000.

Professionalism Matters

When you choose a licensed, responsible drone operator, you're not just getting high-quality results you’re protecting yourself from legal risk and ensuring the job is done safely and correctly.

Because in aviation, there’s no room for guesswork and dangerous flying- only accountability.
